Runaway Lover

I went to the Opera Club again. The plan was to go with Nathalia, but the bitch blew me off again, so I went alone again. When I arrived the music wasn't exciting as expected, so I remained on the dancefloor but leaned on the wall, until they played My Humps [needless to say it was a crappy remix] and this overweighted dude with a creepy goatee asked me "don't you dance?" I gave him my bitchiest look and said "no" but started to move my hips right after. Uhg... I'm evil!
There I was dacing solo and really having my fun when I see the "old japanese" from last week! I ignored him but he kept surrounding me like the other time. It wasn't once that I could spot him checking me out. I teased!! Shook around giving my naughty and cute smiles, always biting my lower lip. Until I got bored again and sat down on a chair outside. It wasn't long when he came towards me, but passed by me and stood next to the back door, therefore, close to me.
Five minutes later he finally got the balls to come and talk to me. His name: Marcos; he's 20ish [I'd say 29 because he didn't want to tell me exaclty], he studied Management and was moving back to Marilia after couple years living and working in a nearby town. He held my hand and started to caress me... I smiled, my ego inflated so much as I kept teasing, giving him my sexy glances and naughty smiles. He came closer and closer until I let him kiss me. And it was.........
Okay. Just that: okay! His hands were too gentle and polite for my current state of mind. I wanted a hot man that got me hastily, threw me against the wall and took my breath away. Marcos was very polite and, well... japanese. He offered me a drink and I accepted water, but when it came time to order, he played dumb and looked blank, which gave me the exact idea that he offered, but I was paying it. Well... fine I'm an independent woman, but I drank it all and didn't even look back to ask if he'd like some.
I got the lead of things and went wherever I wanted having him following me around. I sat on a lounge and he tried to bond, asking me things about my life and I was always very evasive. I found myself not letting my guard down while he was trying to make a conversation; saying how hot I was and how he wished we (?) had more than the two weeks left for me to leave town. Everytime he asked me what I was thinking I talked away. What was I thinking? In going home. I soon got bored of him and wanted to flee. We went to the back of the dancefloor and made out more. There I found out he was REALLY japanese!! My hands are travellers you know, and they went at their favorite places, right... But Marcos' "favorite place" was exactly my hands' favorite SIZE! Uhg, I'm so nasty!! He didn't even make me horny nor wet in my pants! Nameless guy from last week got me a boner by just responding my glances.
So the DJ played a good [finally!] Hung Up remix but twas for the drag queen to perform so I didn't dance it. We went to the backyard and started to make out again when they played Get Together. Did I...? Of course I left him!! What a question! When it was over I decided to get the hot bartender's [yeah, that vision!!] number. Not for me, but for Nathalia. The motherfucker [named Julio, or Junior I couldn't hear properly] didn't trust me no matter how much I insisted. But the chat with him was cool which gave him good credits. I told him I'd definitely take Nathalia there next week and would do my best to hook them up. LOL!!
Then, I looked around and Marcos wasn't anywhere around so I sneaked out of the bar, payed my bill and ran away. Yeah, like a runaway lover!!

Jose, you son of a bitch!!

As if you you didn't know my current state, how dare you let me watch that movie?! I'm melting!! Oh I'm going to die! I can't stop crying and I still have to clean the house!! Oh what a movie! One can't expect that even though it's rather obvious nowadays. You're mean, you should've forbidden me to see it. But yet, oh it's so perfect! Deborah Kerr and Cary Grant are G-ds and they're beyond perfection! Oh gosh, here I go watching that final scene again...

Biopic

You know those reports of supposed after-life comunication that the supposed spirits say that when you die, your whole life goes through your eyes like a movie? That happened to me yesterday. No, I didn't experience death itself, but I felt that a part of my life is passing away; like a page of my book that I'm about to turn... and oh gosh how that hurts!
Last night I went to college only to talk with my course director and get my dropping aplication. The chat was nice and she said how much I have been important to the course during these 18 months and how much I would be missed by the teachers and all. I felt beyond flattered and butterflies took over my stomach. I felt my eyes watering as I walked to get the paper. As I arrived to the clerkship I held my tears, got the paper, ran away from there. Rufus Wainwright's Peach Trees had been playing on my mp3 player since earlier in the afternoon, which gave to my brain an even sadder mood. I sat down in a bench, hung down and cried. When people drew nearer I wiped away my face and went downstairs. But I could not enter the class, I was too emotional, so I just sat down and cried remembering the good moments in Marilia. All the joys and fights with my mom and sister; meeting the folks from drama group, the first time I met Nathalia and how much fun we've been having ever since. I remembered Vagner and all he represents... I remembered Gustavo.
For now I can say I'm okay, but I really don't imagine how it's going to be when the time for the real good-bye comes over. I guess we'll all weep and cry but in the end we will all get along. After all, life is made of welcomes and good-byes.

White Flag

I never really imagined about a day I'd meet someone I had a fling with after the fling is done. I may have put myself in friends' place, or daydreamed in a cinematically way, but never been through that. Well, today, it happened.
I was here sat by my own, chating with Jose and trying to figure out something to do after he left to school until Nathalia calls me. We went to the mall to have a snack [even though I wasn't hungry], chat and later we'd come back here to watch a classic [An Affair To Remember]. When we arrived there, who is the first person I see? Gustavo. Yeah, him!! I turned to Nathalia and warned her, and as he noticed me he cast me his usual childish charming grin, beaconed, lip-synched a "hi" and kept talking with his girlfriend. I did the same and my first reaction was to act cool and continue the matter Nathalia and I were having before we see him, despite Nathalia's attempts to bring him to the conversation.
And okay, I held as long as I could [30 seconds] and started to talk about him. I placed myself in a position I could see his table. His friend was looking towards my direction but not exactly at me, just as I did. I felt huge goosebumps, chills all over my spine and a whirlwind of rememberances hit my head. As I tell you now it may sounded like a cheap soap opera, but it was very real, classy and mature. Nathalia and I talked about many subjects but he sneaked into the talk sometimes. When we left, we walked by his table and I said good-bye. We traded smiles and a shinning glance that brought me back those known goosebumps.
Now as I think of it, now that I first experienced a reencounter, I feel like that Dido's song:
And when we meet
Which I'm sure we will
All that was then
Will be there still
I'll let it pass
And hold my tongue
And you will think
That I've moved on
But I indeed want to put my hands up and surrender, even though he is still as cute as always and just his appearance made such an impression on me all over again.

New Song Addiction of The Week

I'm Nelly, I'm Nelly, I'm Nelly, I'm Nelly
If you want the video
I'm on your video
If you want the radio
I'm on your radio
Call if you hear me, yo
I'm Nelly, I'm Nelly, I'm Nelly, I'm Nelly

[Chorus]
Baby I wanna let my hair down
Baby I wanna let my hair down
Baby I wanna let my hair down
Bring me something that'll make me jump around

Let's flow with this
Let's get to know with this
Let's hit the show with this
Let's fly like a crow with this
Do you wanna be my revue
I could be your star even
Or we could make a little haven
Tell me what you're craving
Let's make a dust bowl
We'll hit it like Rose Bowl
I do like sports
But I don't like wearing shorts
It's ok we could do it in the dark
If you got a candle let's light a spark
Everybody looks good in good lighting
Hey we could do it quick and close our fighting

[Chorus - twice]

Smell it on the mic
Feel alright
And you can have a bite
But not tonight
You can call me Nico
Give me something to eat, oh
I heard you're chickety chic-o
Like you're staying the week
Yeah, you like my map
Yeah, it's all that
Let's start a frat
Gimme gimme gimme phat
You know you like vodka
You like the way we rock ya
Hey I'm your amore
Come here when I call you something dolly

[Chorus - twice]

[Bridge - twice]
This is my flow (my hair down)
This is my flow (my hair down)
This is my flow (Jumpin' around)

Sunday

When I woke up yesterday I realized I was without my sweatshirt... and when the hell I took it off is still a mystery to me.
I woke up and finished to download Madge's Confessions Tour, to then call Nathalia. I was tired of only hearing my own thoughts and was in the mood for some intellectual intercourse, besides I needed to tell her the facts from Saturday.
Before calling her I called my friend Fernanda. She was not in Marilia but we chatted anyway, we said how much we missed each other during July and then I threw the bomb: I'm coming back to Bahia next month. Her reaction was a surprise for me. It's not like I'm that coinceited, but I agreed people would be sad with my departure, but Fer cried. And she didn't just shed some tears, I could hear her sobbing and moaning at the other side of the line. Uhg, that got me! I felt for the first time the pound of leaving something behind. When I moved to Marilia, leaving Bahia, most of my friends were leaving as well, that made everything easier and now I'll leave a lot of people behind. The last time I did it I was around 10 and didn't know how much those things get to people. I finally felt a bit sad, but honestly not unconvinced to go. I know what I want, then I go for it.
Then I met Nathalia and we talked randomly as I told her about the previous night. I raved on the hot bartender and she got all excited in going to the club and meeting him. As for me, I got a new obsession. Yes, nameless guy became one! I spent the day looking around and carefully to everyone everywhere I went; his face was so familiar, for I feel I've seen him before somewhere in this town. At night, after watching Desperate Housewives season finale [Marcia Cross is G-d!] I went out with Nathalia again. We hit the movies to see The Break Up [she was paying so whatever]. I loved of course, but she and her other gay friends didn't like that much. Well, ok who am I to pick on variety of tastes?
*Lol* Yeah right!!

Impressive Instant

Last night I went clubbing alone for the 1st time. And last night still I wrote this poetic post but I cleverly erased the whole text, so I'll spill the tale out the way my stream of consciousness allows me to do.
At first the club sucks!! It only plays drag queen music, and when they play average good pop it's so badly remixed in a way it becomes drag music. However, if you're low and hopeless you can go there to check out the gorgeous bartender they have. He's the personification of G-d's mercy on us. But the son of a bitch is straight!! Can you believe that? Of course we all dream he's one of those drunk-gays... uhg, and last night he had this beard that gave him such a scoundrel charm!! *dies*
So, after a Smirnoff Ice I decided to endure the music and have my time and hit the dancefloor. All kinds of queens were there; some pretty others [mostly] hideous. I started hitting on a blond guy with long hair but the motherfucker ignored me so I spun around and kept dancing. It was when I saw him...
He was a bit closer to the wall, dancing very cute in a straight-ish way steping his feet and waving shoulders, very timidly. Wow, that got me! When I checked him out he was the vision! He was as tall as me but with larger shoulders, a worked out body but not over the top; his arms seemed yummy and oh his butt... *faints* He had very short hair, skin color of mocha and a nice look he gave every time a guy or a fag hag came around to talk to him.
So I placed myself in front of him and danced. Every now and then I cast him flirtatious glances to which he sometimes responded, sometimes did not. But I noticed he was backing off way too many guys and some of them were really interesting; that made me hopeful so I gathered forces, caught my breath [that was away not for the dancing but for him] and asked him: "are you alone?" He replied by saying he was half-alone: he came there with a guy, but they argued inside the club and now were apart.
Well, I'm used to rejection [even if it's always a pain in the ass] but then, as in a twisted trick of destiny he gave me the brightest of smiles, came towards me and said: "you are stunning!" *melts* Suddenly I heard him better and saw him only. I felt goosebumps [and I still feel them] all over me and the only things I wanted to do was to thrust him against the wall and take his breath away... But his date showed up.
OK, such gorgeous man attracts other gorgeous men, I suppose. In a moment I even thought he was out of my league, but when I see his date I felt offended! Between us with a very snob and irksome attitude, stood a louzy-dyed emo hair, skinnier than a wet rat and with a face that looked like the encounter of Tyra Banks and Paris Hilton little one guy. He dragged him away from me and they talked/argued. The fact that I indeed looked more handsome than that person made me hopeful that he would dump that rat and come to me. So I started to encircle them, walking by them pretending I was just walking by. But me and my ego got a punch on the face: he disappeared! Simply vanished! I walked around looking for him and nothing! I even met his fugly date twice, but nothing of him.
I was so disappointed that the bad music started to annoy me for good and nobody else seemed a bit interesting. I just wanted him! I later danced a louzy remix of Lose My Breath with a black girl I never saw in my entire life, that was fun but she couldn't keep up with me... *lol* I also was hitted by a hot, but old japanese; he sorrounded and followed me everywhere I went, but since he never made any move I ignored him. I met a guy I used to have a crush on [but didn't know if he was gay] arm-laced with another [gorgeous] queen... and finally danced my song: Hung Up. Unfortunately a crappy remix that distorted Madge's voice completely, but I didnt care I shook my ass and did the arm-rolling step I much love.
In the end I ran away from there five minutes before the evil drag queen started her show. It was in general a good night. I felt I can get along with solitude in such hostile enviroment, even though I missed people like Alais and my ho to share fun with. I still regret not getting that boy, I was so excited and amazed I even forgot to get his name, but I'm ok... who knows if I happen to run into him one of these days.

Back to the start...

During my trip back to Marilia, my father and I started an argument about promiscuity in the homossexual world. His arguments convinced me and even though I don't judge that lyfe-style and sometimes wish it, I fell into a melancholy I could not exactly explain even to myself. I want romance.
To see Pride and Prejudice reassured on me that feeling. I want to share feelings in a deeper level than club-hunting or mall flirting; all this making out has been draining out my energy, especially because when I'm not having it I crave for it. Is one supposed to be enslaved by shallow and quick sensations? It probably depends on what one wants and I honestly want more, I want to go deeper and deeper, find a like-minded companion and have loads of intellectual intercourse.
Knowing how picky I am, I know I'll have to be patient until I find someone worth-exchanging... or someone in his teen years... ohh boy, Lucas gotta change!! Lol!!
By the way, due to this new romance-craving era I'm addicted to a new song: It's called Pra Ser Sincero by Brazillian [genius] singer/songwriter Marisa Monte. It's a sweet girly ballad about guess what... heartache!!! Here're the lyrics:
Eu era tão feliz
E não sabia, amor
Fiz tudo o que eu quis
Confesso a minha dor

I Believe In Romance Films

Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting
When I saw Pride And Prejudice's trailer I wanted to see it simply because it had Keira Knightley. Later she got that Oscar nod that made me even more willing to see it, then I found out the importance that Jane Austen's novel has in Brit Literature. I missed it at the theatre, but at the 1st moment I saw its poster at the video renter's window I could not miss it, so I rented.
Well, I adored it! At first the ironic and beyond funny dialogues made me think it as the best comedy I've ever seen. Then, the whole romantic plot and the sweetness of Joe Wright's direction are mesmerizing. Not only Knightley but simply everyone else in it is beyond perfect. Brenda Blethyn is genius as Mrs. Bennet. And uhg, of course, Matthew Macfadyen and Simon Woods are not only stupidly gorgeous but they can act! Macfadyen for instance is so subtle and poignant that his beauty doesn't only hypnotizes you but it makes you believe and desire him [or a man like him]; through him, Mr. Darcy's words are true and powerful. But the real delight of the film is indeed Keira. She's so sweet, subtle and humble that you can't help falling for her. And OMG, that score!!
But besides its cinematical features what makes "Pride and Prejudice" a lovely movie is how it reassures you the belief [and desire] in romanticism. Not the burgeois crap but the yearning for a real romance with a like-minded companion that will always be pushing your buttons and making you want to grow and to challenge yourself. As a true quirkyalone, Elizabeth Bennett chose celibacy instead of marrying a man she didn't love. And doesn't matter how corny it sounds, but for me she's a real inspiration.
The film is powerful that in the end my father and I had thick tears running down our faces. Well, everyone knows my dad and I are weepers, but he slept through good part of the movie, but still felt its power. Not only The Constant Gardener but also this one was totally robbed at the Academy Awards! Way better than those Crash or Brokeback Mountain craps.
Note to self: start reading the book "yesterday"!!

"I don't want to stay here...

... I want to go back to Bahia."
Well, I'm back home and I already miss Bahia, nah... Salvador (SSA). My plans to move back to SSA next year became stronger when my dad threw me a proposal: I should stop my course here, go back to Vitória da Conquista and study hard to get a college spot in Salvador. I said yes of course.
I'm sure I'll miss my friends here, but to move to Salvador is something I feel I must to do to grow up. I think that Marilia have already given me everything I needed in what it comes to maturity, since in the way I relate to people, but especially in the way I relate with myself. Marilia helped me to embrace my sexuality and to accept the fact that assume it to myself isn't the same of going public on it. I know things happen when they're supposed to. But you see, lately, to be in Marilia isn't the same of learning anymore and I miss that feeling. I know we learn all the time with every little thing in our lives, but I don't feel it in here anymore. I crave for new, I crave for more, more than what I've been getting here.
Uhg, I'll miss this town and the freedom I have here. I'll miss its ridiculously gorgeous and beyond hot men. I'll miss its proximity to my sanctuary, São Paulo. But I feel that in Bahia now I'll get more of what I really want: culture.

Back in Conquista...

Well, this post is just for the sake of posting since nothing really interesting happened here in the meantime.

Last night my family, Mariana and I went to see this play by an actress from Salvador and WOW!! She's a genius!! It was a monologue in which she played three characters, two of them inspired by Isabel Allende's tales. After the play we stayed and chatted with her and she reassured my will to move to Salvador next year.

Later my family and I went to this cozy restaurant we usually go to have dinner. Suddenly comes in a couple. He was gorgeous, blondish hair, white skin and full lips, definitelly my type; she was ok, just and average preppy girl who knows how to dress up. But the thing is: they didn't talk. What's so special about it? Well, they seemed to be in the early relationship [they sat side by side, which is a sign that connection is strong and they can't be apart of each other], but they just muttered random words to each other and played with their respective mobiles. I could not help watching them, first because he was beyond hot and second because the whole situation was rather curious. They were a model of relationship [not trying to be judgemental] I'd run away from. Especially when his cell rang and he talked to a friend for two minutes at most and as soon as he hung up she stormed out in a ridiculous tantrum about how she hated when he answered the cell when they were together. He was very polite and din't reply to her words, but as a quirkyalone I couldn't help annalyzing and bringing it to myself. I just can't imagine myself in a relationship with someone that doesn't talk. I prefer fights than dumb silence! Uhg... who am I fooling, what I mean is: he'd never be in that situation if he were with ME!! But he's stupid straight! LOL

Well [third time I use this word in this post]... Lucas is bored and is looking foward for tonight when he'll see Pirates of Carebean 2. Jonny Depp and Keira Knighthely, YAAY!!

Last days in paradise...

As soon as I came back from Inhambupe, Mariana "moved in" with me. Her aunt travelled and she was homeless, so I invited her to stay with me at my cousin's. Well, it was amazing.

Mariana is so vivacious, she's always ready to shake off the laziness, put the feet on the road and go. On Monday we went to Barra [my oficially favorite neighborhood in Salvador] a little bit late - around 3:30pm - so we couldn't go to the beach. We met Alais at the mall and we had some Burger Kings and chocolates at this heavenly candy store and as we left and were ready to go home we met an Alais' friend, João. He was the crap! He had ADD and was always ready to spill silly and meaningless jokes just to call attention, but still we went out with him. He bought [bad] wine and went to his house. I was cool as long as I had free wine and doritos, Mariana was pissed so she relied on the wine and Alais couldn't simply say no to the guy [he didn't make a move on her though]. Alais, Mariana and I domained the conversation and we really didn't care if the guy wasn't getting all... yaaaay, we are the bitches!! When the wines were over and Mariana and I were really tipsy he drove us home and I had two women on my bed!!! Hahaha... as if!

The other day Alais went to work [she's been helping this dumb american to do some medical stuffs in town] and Mariana and I went to the beach. We left around noon and we spent the greatest part of the day in a bus to arrive the place. When we got there we took a long walk on the beach in the search for Alais' aunt's bar, and when we finally gave up we sat down took pics of the marvelous sea, swimed and had marvelous seafood. Later we went to the airport where we bought books [we can't get in a bookstore without buying one at least]. We had a delicious pizza and then I bought this gorgeous red sweater I fell in love with, along with a gift for Juh.

Yesterday we went to the beach again, this time at Barra, where I got part of the tan I wanted. We met Alais who was a bit stressed with her boss. We headed again to the mall where we ate [Burger King ROCKS!!]. Then I met my mom at another mall and when Alais and I were about to see The Break Up, she got the news that her ex-boyfriend's dad was dying and he needed her, so we went home. When I arrived, Mariana had already left to Conquista and I started to pack...

I'm leaving Salvador tonight and I already miss it. So it's decided: I'll live here next year.

The OFF Night

How do you feel when two of your dearest friends get together with you for a day out? Well, I was more than thrilled last Thursday!

I met Alais in Barra Mall [a fancy mall in a fancy neighborhood in Salvador] and we had lunch. Later we met Mariana [I SMSed her to meet us there] and we went to a book store to see some tourists guides of Salvador. We decided we'd got to this bar called Las Margaritas, a cute place with mexican food, a wall with Frida Khalo paintings and more than a hundred kinds of margueritas!!!!!!!!!!

Then we left the mall and went to the place where Alais is staying. She is at this hostel filled with HOT tourists, especially gringos!! As soon as we steped in the place we bumpped into a hot Aussie watching TV, upstairs, a huge and tall German coming out of the bathroom and by the time we arrived in Alais' room I was all liquid. We put our stuff into her suitcase and went to the beach. There we had a great time with high school memories, sex life [or lack of it in my case] stories, checking out the hot people and making fun of the hideous ones of course!

So the night came down after a marvelous sunset and we had a cappuccino with cheesecake at a café runned by a hot Itallian. Then we went back to the hostel to get our craps and set things for the later night. As Mariana and I went out, this cute guy came to us, "Are you Brazillians?", we confirmed and he cheered saying was tired of trying to communicate with all those foreign people. We laughed and I noticed he was checking either me or Mariana out.

Later, I arrived at the hostel and we got a SMS from Mariana saying she couldn't make it because there was no bus left from where she was to Barra. I was kinda sad because I wanted her to join us, but in the end I went out with Alais and some people from the hostel, including the cute guy that was checking me out. We headed out to the Off Club!

There we met the guy Mariana was into with another guy [poor girl! Lol] and we sat on a bar before we go into. We met all kinds of gay people and talked about that. I was kinda shy so I remained quiet until Alais and the guys saw a German from the hostel sitting by himself. I went all perky about it cause the first thing I decided to do when I got in Salvador was to kiss a foreign tongue. I started to talk with him, but his English was horrible so we mostly got lost in translation having to be saved by Alais. We all were in doubt if he was gay or not, because he didn't seem like one, but he was in a gay area. So I popped the question and he seemed shocked! It was funny because he really sounded innocent, he didn't even know Madonna was gay icon [the bar was playing the 93:99 DVD] because he ignored her since he's a punk rock fan [of course that was a turn off, but I'd still do him! Lol]. Meanwhile, the guy I was flirting with was talking with a Spanish queeny fairy annoying guy.

We went into the club and Alais and I headed to the bar, ordered two caipirinhas, finished them in few seconds like two good drunkards and headed to the dancefloor. Holy shit!! I had the time of my life!! My ass went up and down all over the dancefloor, we were checked out by everyone and I loved it, of course!! We danced louzy remixes from Beyoncé [Check On It], Tony Braxton [Un-Break My Heart] and Gwen Stefani [What You Waiting For and Rich Girl]. Then we went to the lounge to catch up our breath and we met the hostel guy [ok, it's about time for you to know his name: Marcos] and the Spannish queen. Alais went to the toilette and I talked with them, flirting hard with Marcos. Results: we made out. We made out REAL good!!

His mouth is small and I'm not so keen about small mouths but he's a great kisser, very eager and wild at the same time, but kinda weird. He crushed me onto the wall and put his hands all over my body [I could not miss this one, ho! lol]. Until they played Sorry (Pet Shop Boys Remix)!!!! I just had to leave him and go dance it. I met Alais on the dancefloor dancing and we went crazy and wild!! I did ALL the dance moves I knew. We shook our booties all the way through the dancefloor then I met the guy again, but Alais needed to go home cause she had an appointment in the morning. I asked her 30 minutes.

Okay, let me describe Marcos. He's shorter than me, very cute with a sexy beard and hot arms, BUT small willy as I could feel when I grabbed his crotch [well, I'm a complete slut when I'm up to be one]. He told me his messenger [I tried to memorize it but of course I forgot] we said goodbye and as Alais and I went out they played Isaac!!!!!!!!!!!! I had to dance it!! Alais let me and uhg, you probably know how wild I went!! Right after came My Humps and that was the biggest slutty moment of mine: I went up and down waving my hair, touching my body and grabbing my ass like Fergie, until Alais showed up and we went. On the way out we met Marcos, I smooched him and we stormed out.

Marcos was kinda weird all the time. I had fun though, as he whispered into my ear that he wanted to sleep with me and how he'd be brokenhearted if I left at that moment. Ho, only you how know I loved to hear that! Lol...

I didn't want to come to Inhambupe [where I currently am] but my cousins demanded me here to my aunt's 60th b-day surprise party, so here I am. To summarize: last night I blowed my selfish egocentric cousin. But I don't like to brag about my sex shenanigans!

Yeah right!! Lol...

"Other cities always make me mad..."

Other places always make me sad
No other city ever make me glad
Except Salvador
I love Salvador
I love Salvador..."

Whenever I'm here and whenever I sing G-d's I Love New York, I sing it like that. This town really inspires me.

I arrived here three days ago [Sunday] by car with my father and his "girlfriend" Rita. She's a marvel!! With an acid and wry humor she did clever jokes during the whole trip. As soon as we entered the city we went straight to the airport where she was to take a plane to Spain!!! I mean, SPAIN!!! Jesus, I was so jealous of her. She's there to a Literature congress and of course: fun! She just told me on the MSN that she watched Carmem yesterday. Yes, the opera!! And I just had Superman!!! [About that later...] At the airport I had sushi (twice) and bought books as usual: Woolf's Mrs Dalloway [Rita recommended the book The Hours, which made me love her even more], Shelley's Frankstein and Shakespeare's King Lear.

On Monday I met my mom. She's thinner and lovely, but still troubled. I wasn't expecting to see her any better, but I got surprised because she's actually okay. Her boyfriend has been supporting and understanding during her dark times. Unfortunatelly the good moments were spoiled by the egos of my father and hers. When she went home I remained at the mall with my dad as we talked about random stuff and I avoided to talk about my mom. I didn't want to be even more upset by inhaling their dramas. So we got a newspaper and saw the good things in town for us to do. I SMSed Mariana and we went to this chic and cozy bar called French Quartier to see a Jazz gig.

Mariana arrived there an hour later. I was already in my second marguerita and the guy playing SUCKED!!! He was a German playing American music in a Bahia bar!! It was like the Tower of Babel, but who-knows-why G-d didn't destroy that one, so I had to rely on the mags to reel in that awful drummer. So the three of us sat there [Lucas having one mag after the other] and talked about everything that came in mind in the best of the stream of consciousness way. 15 mags later [which made my dad mad for it was dang expensive] we were kicked off the bar, cuz it was closing. The night ended with my dad and I buying stuff on a supermarket and walking around lashing our lives [his actually, because I'm a transparent lady with no secrets *cogh-cogh*].

Tuesday morning [1 pm] came up spinning like a record and I had this awful hang over that not even more sushi or Superman cured me. At first we visited this college in which I plan to study next year [yes, I'm thinking in moving up to Salvador]. Then, at the mall, I bugged my father to buy me Nelly Furtado's Loose, that is expensive as hell but I don't care, I gotta have it!! He didn't do it so I got bored and grumpy and after lunch I bought a ticket to watch Superman... alone.

When the lights went down and the advertisements started [uhg we have ads on the theatre before the trailers] this semi-cute guy sat next to me. Of course the bitch in me imagined the sluttiest scenes in the dark room, but the guy turned out to be a mess-maker bringing a picnic to the movies. HUGE turn off since the film's sounds divided attention with his chewing and coke drinking.

But well, when the movie started that classic theme gave me chills!! I really felt moved and excited with that music, but the movie was just ok. Kate Bosworth was dazzling, but her Louis Lane wasn't as sassy and stunning as Hatcher's [which is the one I remember]. Brandon Routh was WOW and HOT, his acting is whatever, but acting isn't exactly important in such movies. However, two people were marvelous. First, James Marsden, always hot, but very subtle as Richard White, Louis' "husband". And second, Parker Posey, as Kitty, Lex Luthor's fuck. She was the fun mood of the movie. Her lines were dummie as expected from a comic book badguy pet-girl but Posey was so full of life and funny with her louzy acting that one could not not love her.

After the movie I ate [more shrimp] and drooled on the cute guys that passed me by and then I asked a Japanese Buda that was being exposed on the mall to bring me a boyfriend. Yes my friends, I got this lame...

Now, I'm here writing it and hoping that my ho logs on before I go off.

Prime

The power of romantic comedies... how can I start?

I rewatched Prime yesterday and I felt all its power as if I were seeing it for the first time. Bryan Greenberg and Uma Thurman were way hotter this time (not to mention La Streep), but the movie itself was the sweet thing. The couple's story and path is so sober and real and so to do with the state of mind I'm in.

I hate when I get obsessed about things (liar) but this whole quirkyalone thing has been lifting my mood a lot and Prime is such a quirkyalone movie!! It's subtle, funny and so far away from the romantic crap Hollywood so loves. The soundtrack is delicious and there's no better sceneario for a romantic comedy than New York.

I'm also reading Anaïs Nïn erotic tales and, despite of the straight narration, I'm feeling very inspired by them. Well, this indeed sounded dirty, but the way Nïn describes the sex scenes is so poetic and still explicit and visceral that it touches you in both, sensual and literary way. Hmm... well yes, I'm writing an erotic tale myself as well...

Weird...

Three days ago I had my first kiss since Gustavo... And it was strange. Alais introduced me to this funny and interesting friend of hers, Raphael. Raphael wasn't my type, even though I still don't know exactly what is mine, but well... yeah, after 3 hours of Nip/Tuk marathon at Alais', between childhood animal cruelty confessions and lots of laughs, he just turned to me and kissed me.

I felt weird, mechanical, powerless and un-horny because I could only think of one person: Gustavo. As I kissed Ralph, all I thought about was my first kiss with Gustavo and how exciting and edgy it was. But in the other hand I wasn't missing Gustavo or feeling something that we Brazillians call saudade. I was just not as into Ralph as I was into Gustavo and that made me doesn't like the whole thing very much.

The thing is, I'm reading this book called Quirkyalone: A Manifesto for Uncompromising Romantics, about people with unique personalities that doesn't want to date just to follow the estabilishment. Lol... sounded serious, but it's a fun book. I usually refuse the self-help kind of crap reading but this one is really interesting and I'm learning a lot about myself and reassuring things I already knew. So I felt weird because at that moment I wasn't wanting the guy... so it was kind of robotic.

On the following day Alais told me he had a background of getting anyone he wanted to... so I guess I was one more of his conquests to feed the ego (a very cheap and easy one by the way... lol). She also told that he said I was a great kisser... so that was my share of ego food on the tale.

Right after I called my dad to pick me up at Alais' and guess what happens: I ruin his date!!! He was on a date with his girlfriend and my call stopped them to continue whatever they were doing. But they were cool about it and Rita and I finally met. We had dinner at this place called Bistrô with a very French menu (I was in heaven obviously). I had a shot of tequila and taught Rita - a very sarchastic and fun woman - how to drink it and we even made fun of dad!!

Then I lost the gay party I was to go to, but whatever... water under the bridge... On Sunday I chatted with my lovely Ho, who I miss like hell and went to Alais' to watch this movie called Being There, with Peter Selers and Shirley McLaine. I loved it, but still processing it.

Ohh... my lisence arrived!! \o/ I came by car but was so chicken-shited that I brought my sister along so I wouldn't die alone in case of anything happened. Lol...

Fear Of Bliss

There's a gay party to go on Sunday or Saturday, I dunno... the thing is, I wanna go, but I'm scared! lol... I know, je suis very lame...

I slept in Alais' last nite to find her dogs love to sleep under blankets, like mine. After a whole night of Angels in America and cuming even more with Mary-Louise Parker's flawless acting and Patrick Wilson's flawles ass... *ahem* and acting as well. Then I woke up with the dogs' carnaval over the maid's arrival and here I am very flattered with my sweet commenter's sweet comments and listening to Kylie.

Ohh... so, I thought that yesterday was a bad day and my hair would be ok today... naah, it sucks and I'm angry with that hideous queer that cut it that way! u_u

Ohh I had weird dreams about desire for ice cream, especially banana split. Maybe I'm pregnant... hehehe... and OMG ho!! Have you seen the H&M pics? Here's one, you'll cum:

http://www.drownedmadonna.com/images/2006/hm/06.jpg All of them are so hot in such clothes!! We need them! lol

Uhg... I think that's all for now... I need breakfast and sex... uhg, I always need sex, so it doesn't count...

Hot Aniston

Well... after a motherfucking tiresome trip where the quality of the sleep was the same as if I stayed awake for days (worst than my finals-sleepless-nights) I finally got to Bahia!!

At first, still during the trip, I felt overwhelmed by the fact of returning again to the place that molded me a lot. As I listened to Sarah McLachlan's Hold On/Good Enough set and later Adia on the Mirrorball live album, I didn't stop my tears. After the latest experiences with college, myself and persistant ghosts from the past, to cry was a way of swiming to the ocean's floor and letting the water wash me.

When I got here nothing seemed to bug me anymore. The old spirit that haunted before was again a stupid chill and Marilia's troubles and dramas seemed far away. And were indeed!! Yesterday I met my lovely bitch Alais, my best friend and favorite person in this world, and we gossiped about the most random stuff from Spirituality to people's weaknesses and insecurities, and our own's of course. Later we watched a bit of Angels In America and surely I had multiple orgasms and also Derailed with hot and great Aniston, Owen, Cassel and George.

As for today I woke up to find my new haircut sucks so I'll be using a hat 24/7, afterwards the brand new earplugs from my mp3player died in the middle of the street and it made me so friggin' pissed I just commited an ecological crime by throwing it as further as I could, and now I'm in a very expensive cyber-café to post in here, typing in a hard and old keyboard!! Yaaaay, life's a bitch!! BUT, tonight I'm going to the town's brand new mall and seeing The Break-Up with Aniston and Vaughn.

[Song: Erotica/You Thrill Me - Madonna (I kinda miss dancing it in front of the mirror with Zenaide... too gay to function)]

Last Post

Lol... that sounded like I'm going to die or worst, I'll go to surgery and they'll cut off my hands and I'll never be able to type again. But it's none of that!! I'm going on holidays in Bahia and I hope to get really relaxed, chilled, happy and laid!! It means that I'll be a while without posting, since I'll have no computer there to do so.

I'm leaving Marilia with a certain charge of bad energy from someone that turned out to be a burden in my evolution. LOL!! That was a BIT drama-queened but the thing is, every time that motherfucker comes into my life I feel angry, hurt and mostly disappointed with myself for feeling like that!!

But you know, FUCK IT!! Craps come to our lives for us to work on them and to then evolve. He and all the anger he brings are just obstacles I have to go through and I will!! Since I'm a very good human being I'll rely on next semester to do everything I didn't do, but was supposed to, on the 1st. Hehehehe...

Who Would Say...

That I'd be so excited about soccer? Today, as I had my lunch and watched World Cup's Portugal and England match, I found myself cheering and trembling with anxiety!! I don't care at all about soccer, or any other kind of sport, but lately I've been into it a lot.

Last night I watched a documentary about legendary Brazillian soccer player Pelé, the best athlete of the century. Cinematically speaking it's very louzy and silly, it seems more like a tv show than a film, but uhg, I was dazed with Pelé's moves and the way he played. All the things he invented on soccer and how genius was his game.

Today, Brasil lost and now leaves the World Cup. Most of the country, even being fanatics, recognize the coach's louzy job that had in his hands a genius team and managed to fail with it. No, I won't bore you with soccer talk but I'm actually happy about it cuz now that the panis et circense of the Brazillian stupid was taken away we'll focus on what should be the main attention of this very clever people: the elections.

So, here goes the ode to every politician:
"I don't wanna hear
I don't wanna know
Please don't say you're sorry
I've seen it all before
And I, can take care of myself
I don't wanna hear
I don't wanna know
Please don't say forgive me
I've heard it all before
And I, can't take it anymore"

Yaaay Brasil!! Let's make a carnaval of it and repeat the same mistakes as we have no past to learn from! \o/

If You're Feeling Sinister...

Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting

...Just run to the nearest video place and rent this movie!!! It's magical and I assure you it's fifteen hundred times better than prozac or any other drug you may ever find. It's like good booze, it gets you drunk but never sick.

It has everything: Jazz, Tango, mouth-dropping dance routines, clever humor, bitter sarchasm, showbiz self-depreciation, dumb shallow press, political critics - all them mixed with the best politically incorrect lines -, the corrupt lawyer and prision guard, the brunnette femme fatale and the witty falsely ambitious blonde!!! All of them in one film!! Isn't it a blast? Ohh... the name of it? C'mon, don't tell me you still don't know it!! Duuh... it's CHICAGO!!!!

Today ho and I were quoting Queen Latifah's genius musical number, When You're Good To Moma, and we realized how long we haven't seen Chicago. So I took the advice from the beginning of the post and got it. After I watched this cute film with brilliant Claire Danes and hot Billy Cudrop (Stage Beauty) I instantly put it on my DVD. This was the whatever-th time I watched it but everything felt fresh and exciting as if it was the very first time!!

My body hair bristled all over the Block Cell Tango (my favorite part) and the press conference scene; I came every time Latifah, Gere, Zeta-Jones and Zellweger were on screen (in other words: all the time); I laughed my ass off with all the puns and jokes. This time Roxie's numbers just blew me away more than before, especially the one they homage Monroe's Gentlemen Prefer Blondes, and I even loved the Mr. Cellophane number. And to top it all, right after it finished my dad wanted to watch... so I didn't resist and watched it all over again with him!! And had all the same sensations!! Uhg... it's perfect!!!

So motherfuckers, if you ever feel like trash like killing your insignificant drama-queened self, just watch Chicago and you'll feel as if life and Light had just knocked you over giving you happiness again, even if you never actually really felt that bad!!

Life is a mystery...

... lol, my post titles have been very Madonnized lately.

Anyways, the other day I was all crappy-mooded about college and friends and whatever but today I'm a bit better. Well, my friends are still boring even though I love them to death [what makes me the boring one], but today I had to bleed my brains to do a Brit Literature assignment and study for its exam. As I started my Googling on Irish poet Seamus Heaney my father's pc died with viruses. So while it was scanned I decided to not wast time and read stuff for the exam.

By the end of the day I wrote a quick but (imo) inspiring little essay about Heaney's poem "September Song" and managed to study most of the matters I was supposed to for the exam. When I read its first question and realized I could do it easily I had orgasms!! As I wrote more than ten lines for each question I reassured myself in my course and got a bit more optimist about it.

I still wanna desperately kiss someone, but I'm less bitter than yesterday! I love life!!

Time Goes By So Slowly...

... for those without men!! LOL!!!

As I get bitter about my college and how annoyed about it I am, I get also awful news as the cherry of the top: Madonna ain't coming anymore. That evil whore!! But you see, I'm ok, 'cause since the beginning I decided to keep my two feet on the ground.

Putting Madonna aside, I'm excited about going to Bahia next weekend. The thing is [and I'm sorry to go drama-queening and being boring bitter again]: I'm bored of my friends!! (The flesh ones ho! Not the bytes ones like you!!)

It's all the same talk, the same laughs, the same... uhg!! I feel like knowing new people, connecting with new minds, hearing new and more exciting stories, instead of the next drama about the boyfriend that doesn't notice how pretty she is, or how many pages have I written for Brit Literature assignment.

Today, two of my friends were shit-chating after the English exam and they were telling these really funny anecdotes but those shallow smiles were all I could give. And I thought: what is wrong with me? Maybe it's because I often get this way at this time of the year. But maybe - and this is definintely the option - I'm just upset with the way I'm carrying my life: lazily around, postponing the things that would do me good or make changes.

"Lucas you stupid!! You want a man? Go out and get one!! Do what Kabbalah tells you to and stop sabotaging yourself like an Alanis Morissette angst Jagged Little Pill poem," says M. Alexander Dantas.

Kabbalah and Alcohol

When I read my "kabbalist weekly astrology" four days ago, it told me to go out on Friday no matter how much I felt like staying at home. So after being dumped by my friends that decided to sleep early on weekend eve even though they had nothing to do the other day [I at least have Spanish class], I made my family take me out.

A Sminorff Ice and a glass of Marguerita later there was tipsy me having high class and intelectual conversations, as always, with my father, laughing my ass off with Zenaide and my sister while we sang crappy Brazillian music between a sip and another, watching Sheryl Crowl's DVD that played on the bar and secretly drooling on the cute boys that passed by and giggling inside for the dubious fashionable girls with them.

By the end of the night, as I write, I think: kabbalists do it better!!

Movie Life

As nothing else interesting goes on in my life I sink myself in movies and French music.

Yay to the Ho I'm all into this French chick called Alizée: Moi... Lolita is my new favorite song. Along with her, the whole 8 Femmes soundtrack's been more than enough on my playlist. To listen to Isabelle Huppert singing Françoise Hardy's Message Personnel is like having a "duet" of g-ds, even though they don't sing together.

This weekend I also watched it again. Uhg, what is that movie? It's like having 8 orgasms in two hours. Everything about it is perfect, since the colors till of course the music!! And rewatching it made me see how flawless it is, every part of the plot fits perfectly and I haven't seen any holes so far. Every time it ends I feel like watching it again and again!!! Ludivine Sagnier makes me wanna dance cutly. Isabelle Huppert and Firminie Richard make me cry. Fanny Ardant is a goddess!! Virginie Ledoyen is beyond lovely!! Emmanuele Béart thrills me with her Madonna-esque performance. Catherine Deneuve makes me cum. And Danielle Darrieux final act makes me want more.

I finally watched La Marche de L'Empereur: the cutest movie about human beings without human beings. It's so tender how they humanized the little birds, but I think that my urge for romance didn't let me feel the romance of the movie. I just watched it as I would watch an everyday Discovery Channel show and probably lost its magic. I came with the cinematography though...

Errrm... what else? Well, I feel really bored and uninterested about everything lately. I'm horny as a dog but too chicken-shit to go out and get men. The only thing I REALLY wanna do is getting drunk. I think I'll just be at home organize my mp3 folders, have several glasses of wine and dream I'm Bree Van De Kamp.

[Song: Moi... Lolita - Alizee]

Je Suis Un Vampire

I shouldn't be all alarmed about this but I've realized I'm still the kind of person who has no decent personal (aka sex) life and live from the other's!! \o/ yaaaaay... how marvelous!!!

Here I am in front of my computer in a shiny, bright and dull holiday in Marilia when I should be reading something for school, or out bathing myself with the light. In addition all that makes me wanna leave the house is the perspective of going to the front supermarket and getting the highest fat chocolate ice cream I can find!!! \o/ Unfortunatelly my dad doesn't have money to give me. u_u

So, since I don't have "personal" life I live from my friends'!! Last night I went out to celebrate my driver license that I finally got!!! Nathalia, Juliana and Filipe went with me and it was a cute night. I fell in love with the waiter and came everytime he passed us by. But all very stupidly discreet and only Nathalia was aware. u_u

Then today, as I enjoyed my boredom Nathalia logs on the MSN and OH MY G-D!!! She started braging about what happened in the party she went after she left us last night. This thin but hot guy took her from the waistline, threw her against the wall and gave her this motherfucking hot kiss!! And they hooked up the whole night and made out and uhg... I had orgasms as she told!!! Especially on the part she said she had her hand into his pockets ALL THE TIME"!!!! Ö

That's why I came to the conclusion that the highlights of my life are the highlights of my friends' lives!!! \o/ Yaaaaaay...

Is my life lame?
Yeaaaah!!!
Am I desperate about it?
Noooooooooooo!!!! \o/

*no sarchasm this time*

Je vous présente...

... Monsier Alexander Dantas (aka M. DeLarge).

---------------------------------------

Alanis once talked about the falacy of writing only when depression mode is on. Well, I agree with her, but I'm sure that the best poems are produced when that mode is on. Here I am trying to get over someone but in the meantime I've been writing these cool pieces of verses and stanzas. Actually not me, my alter-ego M. Alexander Dantas.

He's so cool that I don't feel like healing anymore!!! lol... Just kidding guys! For those who didn't understand a shit about the M. DeLarge's introduction, I'll translate it to English... someday.

For now, I'll post one of his poems, Letting Go Crap:

What is this fear of letting go?
What is this hesitation?
I feel ashamed to admit that
I still feel the same
So, when will I jump
And face the unknown
Embrace the untold
And kiss the unfolded
My sisters and me have said
We'd be able to deal with everything
I guess we never counted heartbreak
Here I go once again
Drama-queening once again
That's my job
That's my life
Yuck… I gotta move the line
Adios amigo…

Where Does The Good Go?

Uhg, why's it so hard to let go? I mean, probably it's not a bit hard but we're all so drenched in our dramas that we amplify the shit making it too important to be let go. It's even worst when you know you must let go and you prefer not to, and spill out that famous and stupid line: "I don't know how".

Last night I had a dream and today I woke up thinking about HIM, worst: daydreaming. And there goes my heartbeat racing, my brain trying to figure out a way of stop feeling that way. I'm sorry, but I can't help hoping he'll SMS me saying things didn't work out with that other dude and that he's willing to try me. You know, I have no pride and am so ego-free...

Perhaps, however, if I stop trying to figure out a way of quitting such ideas and letting them be, one day I'll wake up and notice that I didn't have any of them in the previous day.

Soooooooooooooooo... changing the subjet to a more pleasant mood: OHHHHHHHH MYYYYYYYYYY G------------------D!!!!! It feels so good to be hung up on something you usually love but in a different and reinvented way!!! Madonna's tour is out right? And one of the things that were exciting me the most was the new version of Erotica as I posted the other day. I finally got the studio version of the remix. OMG it's genius!! Jose and I listened to it all day long yesterday and every Madge fan that was on my MSN list was doing it too. Except this stupid bump that insisted she lip-synched it on the tour so I had to block him ok! u.u

I'm still addicted to it but I finally let it go for a while. lol

She Thrills Me

First of all I'm ok!!!

All the drama of being dumped still remains but in a less proportion than days before. I just gotta let ok... just let go bitch!!

So, the thing that makes me come here to post is the delicious performance of Madonna's Erotica on her Confessions Tour.

*turns janice voice on*

OHHHHHHHH MYYYYYYYYYY G--------------------------D!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Who ever thought that the mysteriously haunting Erotica would turn into a fun, luminous and bright song? Its live disco version is beyond amazing, along with the sassy and cute routine plus the fact that it's totally LIVE!! (Who watched the Girlie Show knows why it's so thrilling.) Besides, instead of singing the originally released lyrics, it goes with the demo version's, You Thrill Me.

If you wanna see it, go here:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wRTSJ5bKogE

It's only 2 minutes, but the smile she gives to the camera in the begining makes you melt and wanting to see it again, again, again and again. ^^

MADONNA ROCKS MY WORLD!!

[Song: EROTICA - MADONNA... duuuuuh!!]

PS: Mr Anonymous, I love the fact that I have a stalker now. Makes my ego feel special ok. But I'm more curious than egocentric (uhg... this was egocentric... lol), so tell me who you are motherfucker!!!! A tip at least s'il vous plaît!!!!!!!!!!!!! ^^

The Closure

Well, after the big drama from the last 3 weeks I finally had the closure I was anticipating.
It was simple...
It was harsh...
It was refreshing...
Lucas now really feels he has to move on... and the faster the better. Even though boyish smiles insist to creep in.
Slutty comment of the morning: *imitates Norma Desmond* Uhg, where will I ever find such perfect dick?!
[Song: Say Hey - Kylie Minogue]

Tuesday, May 23, 2006

I don't feel like posting...

... so why do I post?

Maybe because I just need to let it written, to myself at least, that moving on is the best key. Closure won't happen if you don't open your heart carefully and try to see things without your pain and the drama created after that.

To be unsensitive is not the way to go, but to cease the drama is a duty.

Just call him and show the cards...

When?

I don't know, some time this week...

PS: At least I have Madonna to cheer me up. Confessions Tour kicked off and after seeing pictures and bootleg videos I already forgave her for not touring on South America.

Drunk

One moment you walk into my life, and now you're saying that we're through.
Maybe this is the drama-queenest line to begin a post with, but try to mix wine with heartache and you'll end up like moi. The bad part is that if you stop to analyze there was neevr something to be broken. Everything was so fresh and new and I (again) started to build myself on projections and suppositions from my long-time drunk mind. And the even worst part is that actually nothing is over. Nobody officially has dumped me or led me on. I'm still lost in limbo and that's all my fault.
I hate to write it, because I hate to addmit that I'm heartobroken over something that never really happened and still I insist to feel this way until I have a closure. But what the fuck is a closure? What if I had closure and preferred to carry on with this feeling that's slowing me? Well, I guess I'll be this way until I hear a word from him, who doesn't sound to be caring so much. Uhg, how do you miss someone you just met three times in your life?

Just My Luck

The other day I had to fix Jose's blog, but I had the greatest fun while reading the latest post with this iPod game. Well, I may not be as fancy as that bitch I love but I decided to do the same game with my mp3 player and here are the results:

1. How does the world see you?

"One More Time" by Daft Punk

Ohh… a real surprise!........ Actually not that much, I’ve already heard from people I’m all upbeat and ready to “celebrate”. Maybe I really am, even through my dark times.

2. Will I have a happy life?

UHG!! My mp3 player just died!!!!!!!! Can you believe that? I’m doomed! OMG!! It must mean……………… Jesus! I mean… LOL!!! Spooky!! Well… lemme restart it.

2nd attempt: “Only One Too” by Jewel

Yaaay!! It means I’ll spend my life chasing after boys who don’t want me!! AWESOME!! \o/ My mp3 player dies and then this!
But seeing from another point of view: this song is from Jewel’s newest album, Goodbye Alice In Wonderland, which I firstly rejected badly and now I love it, and this is one of my favorite songs. I love the power of renewal.

3. What do my friends think of me?

“Angels” by Robbie Williams

Awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww… I mean, I NEVER listen to this song and today out of nowhere I decided to add it on the thing. That’s really sweet.

4. Do people secretly lust after me?

“Time Will Pass You By” by Kylie Minogue

OMG!! Look at this:

"Life is just a precious minute baby

Open up your eyes and see it baby
Give yourself a better chance
Because time will pass you
Right on by (right on by)"

Yeah Jaú Boy!! You better hurry up ‘cause I’m not hoping to be thinking about you all my life! LOL! Okay, that was corny, but I LOVE this song!

5. How can I make myself happy?

“Maneater” by Nelly Furtado

YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEES!!!! That’s why I’m always telling people life is much better and funnier when we are careless SLUTS!! My new motto:

"Come on everybody whatchu here for?

Move your body around like a nympho”

7. Will I ever have children?

Boo hoo… it died again!! Prolly means I won’t …… Well, lemme do it again.

2nd attempt: “So Nice (Summer Samba)” by Bebel Gilberto

Errrrrrrrrrrrrrrrm… okay! Well, this song was in the soundtrack from an old Brazilian soap opera. In the end of EVERY Brazilian soap opera there’s always a kid popping out a woman, it probably means I will have them then.

8. What is some good advice for me?

“Don’t Stop (Funkin’ For Jamaica)” by Mariah Carey featuring Mystical

??????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

“There ain't nothing you can do with the man

Except for shake yo ass and clap yo hands”

Maybe that’s my advice…………………… u.u

9. How will I be remembered?

“Sorry (Pet Shop Boys Remix)” by Madonna

Ohh… first time in my life that this song doesn’t sound good to me.
Boo… who cares? I’ll live my life and dance to it cos the beat is genius! \o/

10. What's my signature dance song?

“Tous Les Garçons Et Les Filles” by Françoise Hardy

I LOVE this song! But wasn’t honestly expecting it to be my dance song. Well, the weird part is that a slow song also came to Jose. Awww… we’re twins hosinho!

11. What's my current theme song?

“Hung Up” by Madonna

YEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH BITCH!!! So fucking true!! And I’m so fucking dancing right noooow… brb……………………

Well, back from my performance to the walls of my bedroom. Well people, time does go by SO slowly for those who wait. Through the last 2 weeks, I’ve waited the phone to ring, I’ve waited it to be picked up, I’ve waited the days to fly by………… damn, get over Lucas!

12. What do others think my current theme song is?

“My Innocence” by Lindsay Lohan

“I was born a fighter

I was born on a rainy day
I've had my share of pain”

Hmm… kind of unexpected. Maybe people think I’m that celebration guy from the first question but deep down inside I hide some kind of disappointment. Yeah, maybe on the Academy for giving Crash the Oscar, or even Brokeback Mountain not being as marvelous as everybody pictured it! Lol…kidding, just drama-queening… but whatever then.

13. What shall they play at my funeral?

“Low” by Kelly Clarkson

Ewww! I love the song and I love Clarkson, but I don’t want this song to be played at my funeral!! Maybe in a parallel universe fate selected “Into The Groove” or “Holiday” instead of it.

14. What type of men do I like?

“Koocachoo” by Kylie Minogue

YEEEEEEEEEES!! So true!!

“Even at night when I'm sleeping

You are all I'm ever dreaming of”

Well, that’s exactly what’s going on lately… u.u

"Do we hate romance? Yeaaaahhh.........

Can we live without it? Nooooooooo........."

\o/

Before I start my periodic whining I learned last week that I have another reader. Hehehehe... Marcela is friend of my Hosinho and she finally commented on the last post. Yaaaaay! I already love her, even not knowing her! ^^ Thanks Marcela, you rock! I hope you'll warm my blog's cold nights when that evil ho go back to San Jose and desert me.

Anyways, today I watched How To Steal A Million (1966); don't need to say how marvelous my dear Audrey was with her Givenchy suits and charming acting. And Peter O'Tootle with his charming and dangerously mesmerizing blue eyes just took my breath away during 123 minutes. But the meaning of this Classic movie raving is that I never get tired of how they are able to conquer and make us melt with its romantic plots and beautiful locations. I mean, how can you resist Audrey Hepburn tucked in a museum brooms' cupboard?

While eveything is just too flat and cliché, those filmmakers absolutely knew how to make us believe in the powers of romance and casuality. When it's over you end up wishing an art burglar in your household as well, instead of cold and distant replies on a phone call you waited a whole week to make!! u.u

Last night I called this guy I'm into and guess what... I think I'll have to propose myself to get over, again, from something that never actually started... except of course in my romantic alcoholic drunk mind that was already daydreaming situations and *shrugs* making plans.

So, by knowing that I had just watched a Hepburn romantic comedy and now I'm listening to the brokenhearted-drama queen combo, Kylie Minogue's Put Yourself In My Place + Dangerous Game, you can figure how's my actual mood.

Well kiddos... that's all for now... au revoir...
